DEPOSIT
A minimal sum 50% deposit per tour packages  is required upon booking and full payment is required on arrival.
   
TOUR CANCELLATION FEES
In the event of any cancellation, cancellation fees will be levied. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions specified within individual product write-up.
   
CANCELLATION OF HOTELS/TOURS/TRANSFERS
Holiday Planner products are subject to the following cancellation and amendment policies:

Cancellation
A cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit will be levied if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 3 working days prior to arrival date to the first destination unless otherwise stated in our Hotel Tariff.

'No-show' Charges/Refunds

  •  One night accommodation and arrival transfer (if applicable) per person will be charged.
  •  Valid claims for refund must be submitted within three months of cancellation.
  •  The original MCO must be intact at the time of application for refund. Claims for refund will not be granted to missing MCOs. We will consider that you have utilized the  package in full.

 

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for unused air tickets, ground transportation, meals and accommodation or sightseeing tours not taken.
  
TOUR PRICES
 Prices are subject to revision without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances like currency fluctuations, increases in hotel rates, increases in airfares, local taxes etc. The tour price excludes pre/post tour accommodation, laundry, room service, unspecified meals or tours, beverages, portages, excess baggage charges, passport and visa costs airport taxes, personal and baggage insurance, tips and all other items of a personal nature.
   
TRANSPORTATION
Unless otherwise specified, coach transfers are on based private services at any tours .
  
TOUR CANCELLATION
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to insufficient number of tour participants. Should this happen, the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation or liability on the part of the Company.
  
MEALS

Meals will be provided as specified in the tour itinerary.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
 We strongly recommend that you purchase a Personal Travel Insurance policy prior to the commencement of your holiday.
   
COMPLAINTS/CLAIMS
Any complaints/claims have to be made in writing within 14 days from the date of return. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaints/claims, which are made after 14 days of return.
